This picture is based on the cycle ride undertaken by BBC Radio Suffolk's Georgina Rowe and Nigel Lungley when they cycled from St Davids in Wales to Ness Point in Lowestoft in aid of the Tree House appeal. They cycled over 400 miles in a week in June, raising approx £4,000. They did really well! .
