Albie the Cartoon was started in 1990 by Harold Larter (words/ideas)and Steve R Griffin (Artwork/ideas).And more cartoon strips followed
in 1991/2... 13 strips in total over a 3 year period.This strip was drawn in 1991(copyright). Then we stopped until now 2009 and out comes Albie to go on my website for all to see.
Some new strips will follow in 2009.. Steve
